I'm note entirely sure where the Olympics has started or whether it has even ended but here is a lazy round up of my favourite articles of late;
Kieran Long at ICON accesses the more realistic impact of the Olympic 'regeneration' and reminds me to get a copy of Ghost Milk
Ashley Fetters takes us back to nineteen-canteen to remember a time when they Olympics had other things going on than just running, jumping and marketing. You know, like an art fair. An event that the rest of us could hope get in on.
It's old news now and I am happy to report that my uncle Euan had an excellent view of the diving, all be it through a telescope, but here's a little ditty about the harrumph regarding the swimming pool.
A fun project asking for the contributions of anyone who can remember that there was any other Olympic games at any point in history.
