I read this retarded article in the newspaper today.

While I understand that the government is trying to stop people getting fleased by developers, although to be quite frank if you don't do your research befoer flushing millions of dollars then what do you expect? I just don't understand why the buck dosn't stop with the developers, everyone know there is no actual 'architecture' being nurtured in these projects and that almost everything changes once the plans are in the hands of the contractor. But all that aside, the developers are the ones wilfully falsly advertising these shit hole shoe boxes so why try pass the buck? I suppose it is to give more power to the developers who will keep making money for the government and push out the middle man, the middle man being the only guy that gives a fuck.
