Magic Brush Wanted

Reading on China Smacktoday about a housing complex with fake windows. People are calling on Ma Liang to use his Magic Brush. (Come on people, get your Chinese kids storys up to date)

The residential neighborhood is located in the Shibei district of Qingdao. It is one of the usual low-cost, high-rise people silos found all over China.

Now I know that glazing is more expensive than staright up brick work but does this mean that the appartments don't have any windows? It's not entirly clear. I particularly enjoy how they don't line up to the floor levels.
